RIP 2014

What to say about 2014? The highs have been massive and so have the lows, at times!

In a few days me and my boyfriend will have been living in Bristol for a year. I can't believe how quickly its gone, but we're very settled and happy. It's been difficult to move away from my family but I know I made the right decision.

Memorable things last year were getting a sweet new car, going to a lot of gigs, and our summer holiday in Whitby. There were a few sad times too - my dog Maddy being put to sleep in November was one of the most painful things I have ever been through, but we're getting through it as a family. Also Dads illness has been tough but hopefully things will stabilise now that we have a bit of a better idea of what is wrong.

I never make resolutions but in 2015 my main goal is to either find a new, more creative job which is more motivational/relevant to my interests, or to at least take steps towards finding a new one. I'd also like to build some savings so that we can think about moving somewhere with more space. ^-^
